What are Physician-based Workouts?
When we talk about the stretching or the strengthening of a body, we like to present another way to understand it. A body needs to resist gravity at all times and have the ability to stay stable in all positions and range unconsciously. So, if there is a need to stretch, there is a weaknesses in the body that is out of balance against gravity. It's not about a posture or an exercise, it's how the body pushes back against gravity where the goal is to balance it, not over(hyper) or under(hypo) activate.

Functional Exam and Individualized Movement Programs
After a full body functional exam we find where the imbalances are and build a movement program to achieved and maintain Body Balance. By following the prepared workouts you will have the best opportunity to correct bad muscle memory and dysfunction and realize your full potential.
We have programs of 8, 12 and 16 week programs to bring you back from any dysfunctions found.
